Welcome to Buy With Gracia’s Concept! By accessing or using our website (“https://buywithgraciasconcept.com”) or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Overview

Buy With Gracia’s Concept (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered Nigerian business involved in the importation and distribution of household goods, kitchen utensils, clothing (adults and children), cosmetics, and beauty products from China.

2. Mode of Operation

  • All goods are imported via sea freight, and delivery time to Nigeria is typically 3–4 months after purchase.
  • Shipping fees are NOT included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated and paid separately when goods arrive in Nigeria.

3. Order Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you:

  • Acknowledge that orders are non-refundable once payment is made and RMB has been purchased (unless the item is unavailable).
  • Understand that product photos may differ slightly in size, color, or quality due to manufacturer images and digital displays.
  • Accept that minor discrepancies (in size or design) may occur during fulfilment and are not grounds for a full refund.
  • Acknowledge that quality is relative to the price paid; do not expect premium quality for budget pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Goods arrive via sea freight after 3–4 months.
  • You will be notified once your goods arrive and are cleared.
  • After notification, you have 14 days to pick up your goods or arrange for dispatch.
  • Items not picked up within this window are stored at your own risk. We are not liable for damages or loss due to prolonged storage.
  • Shipping fees must be paid within 3 to 7 days of goods’ arrival. Failure to pay may result in auctioning your goods to recover costs. Any balance will be refunded.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds are given for completed payments unless the goods are unavailable.
  • Ongoing orders canceled by the customer are subject to a ₦2,000 cancellation fee (covers bank charges and admin time).
  • For goods already in Nigeria, refunds will only be processed after goods are auctioned and may be less than the original value due to quick-sale pricing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Do not place orders if you are unable or unwilling to wait 3–4 months for delivery.
  • Be respectful in all communications. Abuse, threats, or harassment directed at staff or fellow customers (especially in chat groups) will result in immediate removal.

7. Payments

We offer two secure payment methods:

a. For Website Orders (Recommended):

Payments can be made securely using our integrated Paystack payment gateway. This method accepts cards, bank transfers, and USSD – and ensures instant confirmation.

b. For WhatsApp/Telegram Orders:
