Term of Service

  1. No Stockpiling / Storage:
    We do not offer stockpiling or storage services. Orders not picked up within 14 days (for self-pickup customers) are at the buyer’s risk.
  2. Pickup Timeline:
    Orders must be picked up within 7 days after placement or notification of readiness. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation or disposal without refund.
  3. No Refunds:
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after payment, except if an item becomes unavailable or out of stock.
  4. No Exchange or Return:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been confirmed, picked up, or delivered.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    All products are properly checked before dispatch. Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Complaints must be made immediately if any issue is noticed.
  6. Delivery Timeline:
    Delivery within Port Harcourt takes 1–2 working days, while delivery outside Port Harcourt takes 2–5 working days, depending on location.
  7. Delivery Responsibility:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics companies once items are dispatched, but we will assist in tracking your parcel.
  8. Incorrect Address or Contact:
    Ensure that your delivery address and phone number are correct before checkout. We are not liable for delivery errors caused by incorrect information.
  9. Order Cancellation:
    Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled. Please confirm your selection before checkout.
  10. Product Variation Notice:
    There may be minor differences in color or design due to lighting, photography, or manufacturer updates.
  11. Acceptance of Terms:
